Work Outfits for Fall & Winter Part 2

Warm & Navy

For those who have more flexibility in their work wardrobe, and are allowed to dress more trendy and casual, these outfits are for you.

Fashionably Comfortable

A.K.A. Business Casual. Dressing comfortable, and more trendy, so long it is remembered that it is a place of business.
Warm & Navy
Top: Vero Moda Blazer: Monsoon Pants: Black Five Coat: Boohoo Scarf: Ralph Lauren Gloves: UGG Bag: Marc Jacobs Ear Muffs: UGG Earrings: Amrita Singh Necklace: VICKISARGE Brown Bracelet: Panacea Thin Bracelet: Gorjana  Chevron Bracelet: 11 Foxy Watch: Georg Jensen Shoes: Karen Millen

Head to toe neutrals are always a good option, and are a significant trend for the fall and winter seasons. In this look, navy blue is used as is gold toned jewelry and shearling; all big trends that work excellent for anyone's wardrobe. Shearling is warm and can be found in many different pieces, from coats and jackets to scarfs, gloves, ear muffs, hats and shoes. With some shearling in your outfit you will be warm and right on trend.

Fall Sunshine

If you're willing to indulge in some brighter colors, try combining complementary colors (opposite on the color wheel). These looks were all over the runways and added a nice splash of color that many people miss during the later seasons. Here I used yellow and blue, combining that with some grey (another great neutral). Mixing gold and silver jewelry blends the trends of grey and silver with brighter yellow and gold nicely together. The entire look is professional, yet the colors and individual pieces make the look more fun and relaxed.

Freedom Reigns

An environment whereby casual, trendy and comfortable are acceptable, or even encouraged at work.
Emerald Casual
Sweater: Odeon Jeans: Calvin Klein  Earrings: Kate Spade Watch: Kate Spade Bag: Yves Saint Laurent Blue Bracelet: Stronway Silver Bracelet: Carolyn Pollack Shoes: Toms

For those with a very casual workplace can wear a nice sweater and some jeans. Here wearing a nice neutral color matches your choice of heeled or flat shoes, while the blue jeans, bag, and accessories bring out the vibrant color trend and some liveliness to the outfit, without shouting it.

 Falling for Green
Top: Equipment Pants: Kalda Jacket: Vessos Gloves: Mulberry Scarf: Burberry Bag: Victoria Beckham Earrings: Stephen Dweck Watch: Marc by Marc Jacobs Necklace: Black Five Bangle: Gold bangle Shoes: Carvela Kurt Geiger Cuffs: Tai

A great khaki green blouse with gold jewelry looks rich, while the leather pants incorporate an edgy style to the look. Leather is a classic, and big again for fall and winter, so go ahead and wear a leather dress, or pants if you have the freedom to in your workplace.

With fall and winter layers are your best friend. That's what often makes these seasons easier to dress for. Besides, it's easier to get work done when you're cold, because you warm right up while when you're concentrating on tasks.

How much freedom do you have in your work place? Do you like it? Or, do you prefer people had to dress up a bit more to look more professional?
