Favorite Looks From London Fashion Week

Moving onto  London Fashion Week I must say I am loving the classic vintage feel to some of these shows, it brings back some of my favorite classic, elegant looks that I always love seeing in real life, not to mention in movies and plays also.

Dress Like a Lady

I love this look, my favorite collection from London Fashion is undoubtedly Vivienne Westwood's Red Label collection. The beautiful style of the early half of the twentieth century is luxurious, classic, and elegant - very lady like. All of these looks are a great reminder that beautiful clothes do make you stop and say "wow".

Perfect Harmony

Black and white, two neutrals creating high contrast create a beautiful harmony together that no two other colors (technically they are both shades, but anyways) can match. There is a reason that even the most conservative wardrobe consists of a black suit and a white shirt. Because all black is too much black, but black and white is just right.

Neutral Decision

Don't know what will go with what? Then go neutral from head to toe, and you know they will all go together. For a little glam add a neutral colored piece that has some metallic shine to it.

Fur Day or Night

Light or dark fur colors, short or long furs, all look and feel incredible, while the look can change dramatically from easy going down town chic to uptown elegant lady.

Florals in Winter

Beautiful floral designs make spring feel like it's just around the corner when you see outfits as lovely as these in the fall and winter. Even though florals are not worn much in the cooler months does not mean they shouldn't be. It will make you look and feel beautiful, not to mention unique, because few, if any one else will be wearing them.

Out of the Ordinary

I love the metallics and intricate patterns from Temperley London -they are gorgeous. With the right event I would wear them all.  I love the idea of the jacket being the statement piece, instead of the clothing underneath, it makes it perfect for an event where you will spend time outside. Although fall and winter favor darks and neutrals, every once in a while it's great to add some color, whether to an evening out, or for your day to day activities to make you feel more cheerful in a sea of dark neutrals.

As I already mentioned my favorite collection during London Fashion Week was from Vivienne Westwood. As to my favorite look I don't think I can pick one. There are so many I love. Perhaps you might find it easier than I can.

Which look is your favorite? Are there any looks that you want to emulate into your own life?
